We’re the Vignolas, and we love pizza. Not just eating it, but making it. And not just making it any old way, but constantly experimenting with it to make it even better.
Our father, who has been making pizza at home for over 45 years, shared his enthusiasm for the craft with all of his children: two sons and four daughters. We’re continuing dad’s pizza making tradition and creating and refining new dough recipes, testing different ingredients, and experimenting with various toppings.
